All items are made to order. Our current turnaround time is approximately 2–3 weeks unless otherwise stated. Processing time begins once your order is placed and does not include shipping time.

Please note that turnaround times may vary during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier and the shipping method selected at checkout. Authorizedd is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email if a valid email address was provided at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. Authorizedd is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Authorizedd is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as shipped by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Shipping Issues

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item so we can review the issue.
