Made-to-Order & Custom Items

All items sold by Authorizedd are made to order and many are customized or personalized. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Refunds

  • Order cancellations once an order has been placed

This includes any item with custom names, wording, colors, logos, or personalized design details.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

To help us resolve it, please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is determined to be an error on our end, we will work with you to offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

Shipping Disclaimer

Authorizedd is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout

Product Variations

Because our items are handmade and embroidered, slight variations may occur in thread color, garment shade, placement, or design sizing. These minor differences are a normal part of the custom process and are not considered defects.

Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is approximately 2–3 weeks, unless otherwise stated. Turnaround time refers to processing time and does not include shipping time.
